From the following steps, we will notice other changes of this software.

Step 1: Load DVD movies.

WinX DVD Ripper Platinum still supports DVD Disc, ISO image and DVD folders. We can load DVD disc by clicking “DVD Disc”; load DVD ISO image by clicking “ISO Image”; load DVD folder files by clicking “Folder”. The window for output profile appears after loading DVD movies.

Step 2: Choose output formats according to your need.

From the screenshots below, we will see that there are 5 profiles, 16 output categories. Every profile consists of related output categories, or related output formats.


For example, rip DVD to iPhone 5. Do as the following:  Click Apple Device ->to iPhone Video -> iPhone 5 (MPEG4).

Step 3: Click “Run” to rip DVD.

The following interface shows up after select output formats. We can adjust audio and video parameters by clicking “Edit”; merge several video files, crop video size and clip segments by clicking “Merge”.
